Sitting all the day is being increasingly linked to a variety of health problems, even if you exercise regularly. There is a study by Alberta Health Services-Cancer Care in Canada shows that inactivity is linked to nearly 160,000 cases of cancers such as breast, colon, prostate, and lung every year.
How to fix this?:
Try to take breaks on-the-move at work. At home, don’t set long times in front of the T.V, instead, go for short walks, spend a few minutes cleaning, and so on.
